We’re hiring registered nurses (RN) and licensed practical nurse (LPN). We’re searching for caring clinicians with G-tube, trach, and/or vent experience. We REQUIRE at least one year hands-on pediatric nursing experience. We are a locally-owned and operated organization seeking to provide rewarding, lifelong careers for our nurses.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients with tracheostomies and ventilators, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Administer medication, monitor vital signs, and assess patient responses to treatments and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform tracheostomy care, suctioning, and ventilator management, following established protocols and best practices.
• Educate and train patients’ families on tracheostomy and ventilator care techniques, enabling them to provide care at home.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

• Valid LPN or RN license in GA.
• Minimum 1 years of experience working as an LPN or RN in pediatric tracheostomy and ventilator care.
• Familiarity with caring for children and young adults with special needs, including developmental disabilities and complex medical conditions.
• Proficiency in tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and related procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations and handle emergency situations with confidence.
• Dedication to providing quality care and improving the lives of pediatric patients with special needs.

Pay Rate: $29- $58 – Shifts Available

• Patient/client information (including PHI)
• Business operations
• Employee information
• Marketing strategies and referral sources
• Trade secrets and internal documents

This obligation survives termination of employment or application status.

2. HIPAA Compliance

The Individual acknowledges that EMIC Home Care is a healthcare provider and agrees to comply with all applicable HIPAA and privacy laws. Any unauthorized disclosure of protected health information is grounds for immediate termination and potential legal action.

3. Non-Compete / Non-Solicitation

For a period of 12 months following separation from the Company, the Individual agrees they will not:

• Provide similar home care or nursing services to any EMIC Home Care client or family they were introduced

Pay Rate: $13-$16 hour
9am – 9pm – Shifts available
